

We share our lives with family and friends who are not gluten-intolerant, so I feel that gluten-free recipes should delight everyone at the table. I was a food writer and cookbook author long before I discovered that I could no longer eat wheat, so I was in a good position to explore the possibilities … and share the results in two cookbooks. Amazingly, both titles have appeared on mainstream “Best of the Year” cookbook lists, proving yet again that public awareness about gluten intolerance has really increased. This level of acceptance helps us all!
