

I believe that gluten-free food should be so exciting, healthful, and delicious that everyone at the table will enjoy it, gluten-challenged or not! At its best, a gluten-free diet is simply the Mediterranean diet without wheat. It’s really all about good nutrition, and thinking out of the box. Literally. But don’t worry, you won’t have to give up great bread or desserts. I’ve worked out how to make them better than ever with alternative flours.
